METSÄLAMPI 100% jacquard linen cloths are sustainable and multiuse product for everyday use. Made in our own weaving mill in Lapua, Finland. Washed linen is beautiful, relaxed, and easy-care material. Multi use 100% linen cloth may be used as a tablecloth but also as linen blanket that can be used either on the sofa or the bed. Washed linen doesn’t need to be ironed, some wrinkles are allowed, and even wanted to get the right relaxed look on it. Light linen blanket is good specially on the hot days of summer. This multiuse linen could also be used as light curtains if you wish.

Sustainable production

Developing the best textiles in the world is our passion. The world is changing, and Lapuan Kankurit has the courage to develop entirely new products and invest in our own production.

Our top designs are woven in Lapua, in the middle of the Ostrobothnian fields. Our own mill, the young, open-minded professionals, and the experienced older craftsmen who work there allow us to make our products a little better every day.

We use only natural raw materials. We know where our materials come from, and we also know all the working stages from thread to finished product. This produces a result we can be proud of.

The Masters of Linen flax we use, is grown by rainwater in France, Netherlands and Belgium, requiring no irrigation or much fertilizing.
