Terms & Conditions for Rental Service
- Ordering:
Customers can select products and quantities through our online store. In the message section, please specify the desired rental date and the number of days for the rental period. - Delivery & Pickup:
Products can be delivered by mail or picked up in person from our stores in Helsinki, Tampere or Lapua at a pre-arranged time. - Order Confirmation:
Once we receive your order, we will confirm the availability of the products for the requested rental dates and send you a proforma invoice for payment. - Payment:
Upon receiving the proforma invoice, payment must be made in advance of the rental. The rental will be finalized after the payment is processed.

Return Instructions
- Products must be returned according to the instructions provided with the items, along with the shipment form that accompanies them, to our finishing facility for cleaning and maintenance. If a product is lost or damaged, a note should be made on the shipment list at the time of return.
- Once we receive the returned items, they will be submitted to inspection. If necessary, we will issue a redemption invoice for any lost or damaged items. The payment term for this invoice is 7 days net, and it must be paid immediately.
- If any issues with your rental arise during the rental period, please inform us promptly. If we do not receive a notification, we will issue a redemption invoice for the entire batch. The maximum rental period is 2 weeks, after which the products must be returned inside Finland via Matkahuolto to:
