We are looking for a maternity leave substitute for an e-commerce coordinator
Lapuan Kankurit is a Finnish family-owned company and weaving mill that develops, manufactures, and sells interior textiles made from pure natural materials – linen and wool – in our own weaving mill in Lapua. More than half of our turnover already comes from exports. In addition to retailers, our products are sold in our own stores as well as in our online shop.
We are seeking an e-commerce coordinator to join our team as a maternity leave substitute, responsible for the daily operations of our online store. In this role, you will ensure the smooth daily running of the online shop: you will be responsible for product management, content entry, and customer service, and you will participate in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns together with the team. You will work closely with logistics and also assist with invoicing and wholesale customer service.
This position is well suited for someone who is careful, proactive, and interested in e-commerce. You learn new systems quickly and enjoy working collaboratively with the sales and marketing team.
We hope you have
• a commercial degree or other education suitable for e-commerce
• familiarity with WooCommerce or other e-commerce platform and IT-systems
• a commercial mindset and experience in customer service
• good English skills (German language skills are considered an advantage)
• a positive and independent working style, as well as good teamwork skills
• Skills in digital marketing and a visual eye are considered beneficial.
The job begins at the start of May and is a fixed-term maternity leave substitute position. The workplace is located at Lapuan Kankurit’s weaving mill in Lapua.
