We have made it easy for you! Our Online Store is open 24/7, and we also support our stockists everyway we can. As a Lapuan Kankurit retailer, you get all these great benefits:

After your application has been accepted you will receive email form us with your account information.
We have gathered some useful information for you below.
Ordering
• You will have an account at our online – b2b shop.
• Your personal login details have been sent to you separately via email.
• Your online account will give you access to view wholesale prices (as well as RRP prices), minimum order quantities and the option to place orders.
• You can also use our image bank for your marketing.
Follow the steps below to successfully log in to our online system.
• Log in to www.lapuankankurit.fi
• Enter your username and password that were provided to you. We recommend that you change your password as soon as possible. Please note that the username is fixed and cannot be changed.
• Please check your address details and VAT number on your account details.
• You are now logged in. You can view wholesale prices and place orders.
• You can see if products are in stock for quick delivery or in production with a longer lead time.
• Please, choose “invoice” as payment method.

Order confirmation
- You will receive an order confirmation via email after placing order. This is not an invoice.
- To make changes to your original order, please contact info@lapuankankurit.fi within 3 days at the latest.
Invoice & Delivery
- After your order is ready for shipping, you will receive an invoice which includes shipping costs.
- Your order will be shipped in a few days, unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping Cost
- Shipping cost will be calculated based on your location and the volume/weight of your order. You will see the estimation of the cost while ordering online, but final cost will be informed on your invoice.
