• Images may only be used in connection with advertising of Lapuan Kankurit Oy or other publications concerning Lapuan Kankurit Oy. Lapuan Kankurit Oy reserves the right to deny access to the Image Bank and suspend a user’s use of the image bank for any reason.
• Lapuan Kankurit Oy owns all copyrights to the images. Downloading images does not transfer any rights from Lapua Kankurit to the user.
• “Lapuan Kankurit” NAME SHOULD ALWAYS BE PRESENTED IN CONNECTION WITH IMAGES, when the pictures are copied, released or otherwise made available to the public. The published images should always feature the name of the copyright owner. If the copyright owner’s name is lacking on the download page, the copyright owner should be mentioned as “Photo: Lapuan Kankurit Oy.” Flagrant violations of the right can lead to legal consequences.
• Product names, logos, and the characteristics are company’s trademarks. The user agrees not to use the photos, trademarks or Lapua Kankurit’s name or other intellectual property for any other use than what these terms clearly define.
• The images and photos cannot be manipulated beyond cropping without the permission of Lapuan Kankurit Oy.
• The user agrees to use these images only in their own use. Images can’t be shared with third parties in any form.
• The images may not be used for any unlawful or unethical purpose, or in any manner that may harm or defame Lapuan Kankurit Oy, or the reputation of its brand, trademark or person.
• The user is responsible for doing their utmost all to prevent the unauthorised further use of the Images.
