Products ordered from the online shop have a 14-day exchange and return right. You can return the product to us on the address below or leave the product to our own shops in Helsinki and Lapua. Fill in the return form and send it with the product to be returned. The customer is responsible for return fees. In the case of an exchange, Lapuan Kankurit is responsible for the delivery fees of the exchange product.
The products must be returned unused and undamaged in their original packaging. In case the product is damaged or lost during product return, the customer will be responsible for the expenses.
We recommend to save the receipt for the return until we have received the goods.
