"When I started at Lapuan Kankurit, I could immediately see it was a business moving forward. I can help develop a larger entity and learn new things as well. Generally Esko comes up with an idea, and as a team, we make things happen. Here, we think together and openly embrace suggestions for development. For me it is difficult to accept that something won't work out. Fortunately, I haven't encountered an unsolvable problem yet.
