Lapuan Kankurit image bank - terms of use
- Images may only be used in connection with advertising of Lapuan Kankurit Oy or other publications concerning Lapuan Kankurit Oy. Lapuan Kankurit Oy reserves the right to deny access to the Image Bank and suspend a user's use of the image bank for any reason.
- Lapuan Kankurit Oy owns all copyrights to the images. Loading images does not transfer any rights from Lapua Kankurit to the user.
- “Lapuan Kankurit” NAME SHOULD ALWAYS BE PRESENTED IN CONNECTION WITH IMAGES, when the pictures are released or when the pictures may be otherwise available to the public. The copyright owner should always be mentioned as: "Photo: Lapuan Kankurit Oy." Flagrant violations of the right can lead to legal consequences.
- Product names, logos, and the characteristics are company's trademarks. The user agree not to use the photos, trademarks or Lapua Kankurit’s name or other intellectual property in any other use than these terms clearly define.
- The images and photos cannot be manipulated without Lapuan Kankurit Oy permission.
- The user agree to use these images only in her/his own use. Images can’t be transferred to any third parties in any form.
- Images may not be used for any illegal purpose, or any other purposes, which may harm Lapuan Kankurit Oy or the reputation of the brand or person.
- The user should do everything possible to try to prevent any unauthorized further use of Images. The user is always responsible for the publication of the images. Lapuan Kankurit Oy is not responsible to the user or to the publisher about any possible results, indirect or consequential damages relating to these Images.
