ILTA linens are made of 100% washed and dyed linen. It is a beautiful, relaxed and easy-to-care material that you can throw safely into the washing machine whenever needed.
We love flax, as it is a breathable and durable material – as well as one of the cleanest natural fibres in the world.
Over 95% of our products are woven in Lapua, Finland, but we have added also some products made by our partners, like this ILTA. This bed linen is produced in our own subsidiary and Masters of linen- partner weaving mill in Kaunas, Lithuania.
Because we want our products to have long lifecycles, we pay special attention to the quality and production of our flax fibre: warp and weft yarn we use is made of 100 % European long staple flax. The yarns have been spun and dyed in the EU area according to the REACH regulations.

Care instructions
Wash separately at 60°C in plenty of water. 40°C is also an adequate wash temperature. We recommend a small amount of neutral washing powder. Avoid softener and bleach. Do not tumble dry. Reshape while damp. Normal spin cycle. Linen fibres may come off the product during the wash. Check the lint filter before and after washing. Iron the textil with linen settings. The colour of natural linen becomes lighter with washing.
