Samu-Jussi Koski
Samu-Jussi Koski (born 1975) is a fashion designer and the founder of the brand Samuji. Koski has studied at the Institute of Design and Fine Arts in Lahti, Finland and at the Polimoda Fashion School in Firenze, Italy. Before setting up his own brand, Koski worked at Marimekko as an intern, designer and finally Creative Director. His own fashion brand, Samuji, was established in 2009 and has since become a firm favourite among fans on timeless, minimalist designs and exceptional quality.
Lapuan Kankurit started to work with Samu-Jussi Koski 2023 to create new timeless collection with wool blankets and scarfs, linen towel as well as bathrobes and bath cloths. The new collection (TÖÖLÖ, HIETSU, MERIHAKA, KAAPELITEHDAS) is inspired by Helsinki.
